Nowadays, Pantai Indah Kapuk food scene has evolved into more interesting and lively. Along with the time, lots of new restaurant or cafe have been popping up with stronger and better concept. One of the latest additions that we had visited is Headquarters.

Headquarters brings the new concept of hangout spot in PIK area with Live Band, Billiard, and Shisha. It’s located on second floor at the same building with Kui Sin Imperial. Headquarters is decorated neatly with cozy and homey style, it has a clean and simple design with the use of sofa, pillow, coffee table, and bar counter.

Pork Belly Skewers with Raspberry Sauce

We started our meal with their new skewers menu, pork belly skewers with raspberry sauce. The pork belly was juicy and tender. Actually, we feels the raspberry sauce somehow less suited to the pork belly, but this creative fusion is worth a try!

Pork Belly Skewers with Dry Spicy Sauce

We also tried their Pork Belly skewers with Dry Spicy Sauce. In our personal taste, we prefer to this one than the raspberry sauce. The right level of spicy balanced with salty seasoning make it taste more yummy. A simple yet delicious dish that is perfect for starter. FYI, they also have another sauce for skewers that you can choose, that is BBQ, Asian Black Pepper, and Salty Fusion.

Chicken Mandarin

The next course was a beautiful plate of oriental style Chicken Mandarin, consists of 2 pcs grilled chicken thigh, pakcoy, shiitake mushroom, orange chunks, and basmati rice (variety of long, slender grain aromatic rice which is usually used for Biryani). We truly love the chicken, the texture was tender and it’s cooked with sesame oil and oyster sauce. A good combination of chicken, asian sauce, and vegetables.

Baramundi

It’s consist of basmati rice topped with grilled dory fish and vegetables. The dory fish topping was very generous and thick. It’s cooked with asian sauce like the Chicken Mandarin, but this one is a little bit salty for us.

Buzzin Fly

When in Headquarters, don’t forget to try their signature mocktail. The first one that we had tried is Buzzin Fly. It’s consists of lime juice, fresh strawberry, lime chunk, and fresh kiwi. A good combination of fresh fruits, it’s definitely a healthy yet refreshing drink!

Bahamas Boba

If you need a more heavy-drink, this Bahamas Boba is very recommended! This mocktail consists of banana, lychee, fresh milk, chocolate, whipped cream, and topped with boba, marshmallow, oreo, and choco chacha. This mocktail was truly refreshing and we love the lychee flavor that dominate. It’s so addicted! FYI, you can ask their bartender for special drink request.

Overall, Headquarters offers a large variety of asian-western fusion dishes with a good concept of hangout place with live band, billiard, and shisha. We love booth the food and the place. It’s definitely a new recommended place to hangout in PIK area.
