The most hyped martabak in Jakarta, Martabakku Menteng has opened their new outlet in Pecenongan. Such a good news for all martabak lovers since Pecenongan is a favorite culinary spot in Central Jakarta and there are many famous martabak outlets in Pecenongan, let’s say like the famous Martabak Pecenongan 65A, Martabak Pecenongan 43, and much more.
Martabakku Menteng Pecenongan located in the hook of Jalan Pecenongan. I’m sure that you’ll not miss their big yellow signage when you coming from Jl. Juanda. Their place consists of 2 floors. Cashier, preparation, and waiting area on the 1st floor while the dining area and beverage corner on the 2nd floor.
Martabak Pandan Velvet
In the grand opening of their new outlet in Pecenongan, Martabakku Menteng also launched their new menu Tropical Flavours and of them is Martabak Pandan Velvet. We think that this is will be their upcoming best seller. You just can’t resist the pandan fragrant!
Martabak Espresso
For all coffee lovers, this martabak espresso is a mandatory. The coffee fragrant and espresso flavor are very strong!
Martabak Tape Twist
We never though if tape can be combined with martabak. Tape is a traditional fermented food, typically from cassava. It is an alcoholic paste and has a sweet or sour taste with the traditional recipe.
Martabak Cinnamon Crumble
A new creation that you’ll hardly find anywhere else. To be honest, it’s not our favorite but still, you have to try this unique flavor.
Martabak Nutella + Ferrero Rocher + Cheese
Damn, it’s awesome! A perfect combination of nutella base with ferrero rocher and cheese. Heaven on earth!
Martabak KitKat Green Tea + Cheese
A simply green tea based martabak stuffed with KitKat green tea and cheese. It’s rich of green tea flavor but a little bit sweet for us.
Martabak Naughty Nastar
A unique flavor with nastar or pineapple filling (right bottom on the photo). It was good tastes uniques when pineapple combined with martabak. But this one is not memorable for us.
Martabak Rendang
This is our favorite! Martabak Telor topped with rendang and it turns out soo damn good! The martabak telor was match with rendang flavor. Perfect combination!
Martabak Gulai
We also like this one, as good as martabak rendang. It tastes delicious and savory with Indonesian style gulai.
Martabak Cheese Pepperoni
From Martabak Telor team, this is our most favorite. The original martabak telor topped with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. The martabak quite yummy, though. The crust was really thin and crispy (not too thick), the filling was fluffy and tastes savory., filled with egg and spring onions. It’s served with chili sauce, chili pepper, and pickles. Simply delicious!
Overall, Martabakku Menteng doing a good job at their new outlet in Pecenongan. A more cozy area and more parking space for more satisfaction! With many new flavors creation, they definitely take the martabak to next level!
