I’m not sure since the schedule for autumn foliage in Nami Island is slightly earlier than Seoul. The peak season of autumn in Nami Island should be in late oct / early nov. The best you can do is heading to Nami Island on your first/second day and hopefully you can still enjoy the autumn foliage.
