Last weekend, FOODINLOVE attended Media & Blogger Gathering event at Clairmont Patisserie to be a part of new cakes launching & tasting session. In this time, Clairmont has launched 5 new cakes that will be available in August and September 2017.

Pisang Ijo Cakes
Inspired by Indonesian culinary, Clairmont presents the Pisang Ijo Cakes with a combination of Banana slices and marrow porridge in a soft fluffy cake. The taste of the ingredients combines very well and surprisingly it’s beyond our expectation. They really bring Pisang Ijo into the next level with this delicious cake. It will be available to order in August 2017.
Hokkaido Cheese Cake
For cheese lovers, you’ll be spoiled by Clairmont’s Hokkaido Cheese Cake. The cheese cake available in 2 version, there are Double Layer Cheese Cake and Double Layer Cheese Cake with Oreo. Basically, the cheese cakes consist of mascarpone cheese and cheese sponge. Both of them are equally good, not too cheesy so you will not nauseated when you eat them. It will be available in September 2017.
Specially made for premium chocolate lovers, this Belgium Chocolate will become customer’s favorite. And yes, this is our most favorite cake too! made up from with the layer of chocolate mousse, chocolate ganache, and almond sponge cakes, the taste was just perfect. It’s not too sweet so you can still taste the premium Belgian chocolate in super soft mousse and sponge cake.
It’s a variant for special needs, for those who have a healthy lifestyle or gluten free diet. The Black Velvet cake comprises of charcoal, black sticky rice flour, and frosting cream cheese as a yummy filling. It’s 100% gluten free!
Overall, we really love the new creation from Clairmont Patisserie, especially their Pisang Ijo Cake. Combining Pisang Ijo, marrow porridge, and cake into a new creation is such a clever idea. We’re sure that Pisang Ijo Cake will be in great demand in no time. The harmonious combination of banana and marrow porridge gives the cake a delightful and refreshing flavor, and we really enjoyed it. It’s a modern Indonesian cake with the right level of sweetness, moist yet smooth in the mouth, it could be a great treat for the special ones.
