In this post, we’ll be sharing our travel experience in Taiwan when we go to Sun Moon Lake. We go to Sun Moon Lake after our stay in Alishan. Nestled at 760 meters, Sun Moon Lake (日月潭; pinyin: Rìyuè tán) is famous for its clear, sparkling blue water set against a picturesque mountain backdrop. This is the largest lake in Taiwan as well as a tourist attraction. It has also been a center of aboriginal life for thousands of years, with aboriginal people involved in its tourist industry since the 1930s.
