If you are a Japanese snack lover, you should visit Okrirobar at Grand Indonesia. With thematic and unique interior design, Okirobar have a good and cozy ambience, and it’s a good choice for you to hanging out and having some snack
And for this time, we’re invited exclusively by Pomona and Okirobar to try their new menu in Foodies Gathering & Food Testing. There are 2 new menu of Okirobar which will soon be launched, the new menu is Super Walala Monja and Negi Tama Hambagyu
Super Walala Monja
This menu is one kind of Monjayaki (A type of Japanese pan-fried batter, similar to okonomiyaki, but that uses different liquid ingredients). Made from Wagyu Beef, enoki mushrooms, and vegetables cooked uses an iron griddle (teppanyaki). And then topped with crispy home-made noodleswith 4 spicy level.
It tasted pretty good, wagyu beef and cooked vegetables feels right with the seasonings. Overall, the food is quite moist and lumpy. But for me, its crispy noodles were not right with this moist food texture. I think the spicy flavor needs to be increased, because the spiciness even almost imperceptibly.
Negi Tama Hambagyu
Negi Tama Hambagyu is one kind of Negiyaki (Okonomiyaki with Green Onions). Negi Tama Hambagyu consist of with Egg Yolk, Grain-Fed Burger, Chizu Mozzarella, and Home-made Beef Bacon
Personally, I prefer to Negi Tama Hambagyu. because the cheese and the meat is is more felt, combined with taco sauce makes it more enjoyable. Really love their melted mozarella cheese and egg yolk. It will taste better if add a little pepper and mayonaise. Really recommended!!!
So, what are you you waiting guys? Go and try them soon!
