So many variety of Indomie (Indonesian authentic instant noodle) creations are popping up nowadays and because its really get hype, so many places sells the creation of Indomie. One of them is Shirayuki, a famous dessert cafe in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
The most favoutite is Indomie Kuah Creamy Saus Telor Asin (Soup) and Indomie Goreng Saus Telor Asin (Dry). This time we tried both of them and also Indomie Goreng Black Pepper.
Indomie Goreng Saus Telor Asin (Salted Egg Fried Noodle)
There are so many places out there created this creation of fried noodle with salted egg. As we curious and want to try their creations, we ordered 2 portion, 1 portion with cornet beef topping, and the other one is plain and without topping.
If you like salty taste, you can try this one. Rich of salted egg flavor, but it’s too salty for me. On some first spoon, it taste good. But after a next couple of spoonfuls I felt nauseated.
Taste: 7/10
Indomie Goreng Lada Hitam (Black Pepper Fried Noodle)
From all of the dry noodle dishes, our favorite was the black pepper fried noodle, the noodle was packed with hot black pepper seasoning, very nice. For noodle, there are 9 selection of toppings with price range from IDR 4,000 to IDR 15,000. I think the best topping for this one is half-boiled sunny side egg… Yummm… :p
Taste: 8/10
Indomie Kuah Creamy Saus Telor Asin (Creamy Salted Egg Soup Noodle)
Compare to the dry one, i think is one is much better. This one is really recommended. Indomie with creamy salted egg soup, the soup was savory with the right level of creaminess, the addition of sunny side egg made the noodle soup tasted even more delicious and rich.
Taste: 7,5/10
Shirayuki also serves various savory dishes and they have recently launched Street Food menu, various toast and noodle dishes with a very affordable price available in both outlets, Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) and Mall Taman Anggrek.
Overall, we had a satisfying meal trying the new dishes, aside from the affordable price, the taste was really good and worth to try their new creations, recommended! But, honestly i still prefer to the original fried noodle.The favorite noodle all the time…=p
