Puncak is undoubtedly one of the most favorite tourist attraction in Indonesia. There are also many restaurants offering a variety of concepts and food. In this post, we’ll be going to share about B’tur Resto & Cafe, a mixed cuisine restaurant & café in Puncak area.
B’tur Resto & Cafe located at Jalan Raya Puncak, Cisarua – Bogor. Their menu is categorized into 3 types; Asian, Western, and Arabian. The place was pretty nice, very spacious with high ceiling and wooden furniture here and there giving a warm ambiance. The use of glass windows makes the room light during the day. There is also a pond with natural ventilation and plants as decorative elements that make this place feels very natural. It is lovely to just sit and hang at this place.
Shawarma
This is an Arabian wrapped sandwich. It’s consists of chicken, onion, tomato, pickles, mayonnaise, and serves with french fries with special seasoning. The taste is rich of spice flavor, a little bit spicy. and the chicken was juicy.
Single Charcoal Grilled Chicken
This is the latest menu from B’tur Resto & Cafe. A 150 gr of chicken breast fillet grilled to perfection with their special home made herbs seasoning. The chicken was well marinated and I like their seasoning, but it’s not juicy as I expected. The french fries also turned out so good with spice and herbs flavor.
SiRotBak
The word SiRotBak come from the words of Sir Roti Bakar, which means grilled bread. This is their recent street delight addition. The grilled bread is made from a homemade bread loaf and has a crunchy and crispy texture. There are many toppings that you can choose such as Cheese, Oreo, Ceres, Ovaltine, Corn flakes, Koko Crunch, Silver Queen, etc. and sauce selections like condensed milk, caramel, peanut butter, etc. Every order is also come with a message to inspire and the customer a new experience.
Banana Oreo Milkshake
For a sweet ending, we ordered Banana Oreo Milkshake. It’s really refreshing with balanced flavor of banana and oreo, and not oversweet.
Overall, B’tur Resto & Cafe is a recommended spot to visit in Puncak. They offer a unique concept of the mixed cuisine of Asian, Western, and Arabian. There are many varieties of Middle Eastern cuisines that you hardly find anywhere else. The price was acceptable, not too pricey, and the place is very cozy with a great ambiance that makes you lovely to just sit and enjoy the Puncak breeze.
