Aryaduta Jakarta has just launched and unveils their contemporary Indonesian dishes in collaboration with Chef Marinka. The launching event was held on 23rd February 2017, at Ambiente Restaurant, Aryaduta Tugu Tani, Jakarta.
As one of Indonesia’s most recognized names in homegrown lodging and hospitality, the Aryaduta Hoel Group is currently undergoing a robust brand transformation that includes aligning with celebrated Indonesian artists and celebrities as its brand consultant.
As for their Food & Beverages, Aryaduta has now collaborated with Chef Marinka, a famous celebrity chef in Indonesia to contrive the signature Indonesian contemporary menu which will be launched in stages in all Aryaduta Hotels in Indonesia.
This is the first launching event which held on 23-24 February at Aryaduta Jakarta. In this event, Chef Marinka and Aryaduta introduced their new menu which consists of Asinan Betawi, Kerak Telor, Nasi Goreng Kambing, and Es Teler.
Asinan Betawi
Classic cold Batavian salad served with peanuts and tamarind dressing
Kerak Telor
Traditional Indonesian omelet made with glutinous rice served with coconut, dried shrimps, and shallots.
Nasi Goreng Kambing
Fried rice with spiced lamb, coconut milk, egg, pickle, and a traditional martabak.
Es Teler
Traditional Indonesian dessert made with coconut, avocado, jackfruit, pandan butter cake, mixed fruit, coconut, and condensed milk.
There is also a live cooking by Chef Marinka who cooks Nasi Goreng Kambing with Rob Cunningham, Group Director Food & Beverage of Aryaduta Hotels Indonesia.
Overall, the collaboration between Aryaduta Jakarta and Chef Marinka resulted in a great Indonesian food with the contemporary twist. We really love all the dishes, both the taste and presentation. Can’t wait for their next launching event with more delicious menu dishes!
