The highly famous Warunk Upnormal originated in Bandung is finally opened their new outlet in Jakarta and Tangerang. If you guys follow our instagram, then you surely know that last weekend we had visited Warunk Upnormal for their Grand Opening of the new outlet in Tebet, South Jakarta. Compared with their outlets in Jalan Cihampelas, Bandung that I visited a few years ago, their new outlet now has a stronger and better concept.

WENDY'S – Gandaria City | A Brand New Level of Dining Experience
A good news for all Wendy’s lover! Wendy’s has just opened their 50th restaurant in Indonesia. Food In Love was invited to attend the Grand Opening at Gandaria City Mall, on 10 August 2016. Located on the UG Floor (Main Street area), you’ll easily find them when you go to the left side of North Lobby and then go upstairs by the escalator.
In this new outlet, Wendy’s presenting a new different restaurant concept with the modern industrial interior design. The industrial concept looks masculine yet natural and modern with the dominance of gray, black, white, and a touch of red as the signature color of Wendy’s.

PANCIOUS – Central Park Mall
Pancious is a popular pancake house, but the only reason I came here is to try their crepe cake and earl grey milk tea. Since I am not a fan of pasta and pancakes, some of my friends recommend me to try their crepes cake and earl grey milk tea which looks tempting for me. Located in Tribeca, by facing the green center piece with 1.5 ha park area in Central Park Mall, Pancious offers a good ambiance with their indoor and outdoor dining. The fresh air exposed outdoor sitting lets you to sit and take in the view of the park while enjoying your meals.
KAMSENG RESTAURANT – Mangga Besar
If you’ve read my post about Bubur Ayam Mangga Besar 1, I said that many restaurants serving porridge and chinese cuisine along Jalan Mangga Besar 1. One of them is Kamseng Restaurant. It’s located on the same side with Bubur Ayam Mangga Besar 1. This restaurant can be found easily since they use colorful lights for their signage. FYI, this restaurant is open 24 hours
BAKMI LONCAT – Sawah Lio
Normally, street vendor eateries have a simple and humble place, but not with this one. Bakmi Loncat is located a bit hidden in Jembatan Lima (or more precisely in Sawah Lio) , with many chinese eatery in these area. The face of it eatery seemed quite striking since their unique and eye-catching decoration.
OTTOMAN’S COFFEE BREWERS – Pluit
In the recent years, many new coffee shop have been popping up with stronger and better concept. Almost all over area in Jakarta, from downtown to suburbs, we can find lots of exciting new coffee shop to explore. Last weekend, we visited recently opened coffee shop, Ottoman’s Coffee Brewers in Pluit, North Jakarta. Located strategically in Pluit area, across Bakpau A1 and Bank Danamon, Ottoman’s Coffee Brewer is the strong contender for another Coffee Shop in North Jakarta area. MARTABAK REMBULAN PURNAMA – Jembatan Lima
Although many new creations of martabak (Indonesian stuffed pancake) are popping up nowadays, this classic martabak still be my favorite. In this posr, i will going to share my favorite traditional martabak in Jakarta. That is Martabak Rembulan Purnama, located in Jl. KH. Moh. Mansyur (Jembatan Lima, West Jakarta), it is situated on the roadside only with a humbly cart.

Nowadays, Pantai Indah Kapuk food scene has evolved into more interesting and lively. Along with the time, lots of new restaurant or cafe have been popping up with stronger and better concept. One of the latest additions that we had visited is Headquarters.
BAKSO JAWIR – Tanjung Duren
Meatballs or more commonly known as “Bakso” in Indonesian is one of the most popular traditional food in Indonesia. Usually, meatballs made of beef and can be found in mobile carts. In Tanjung Duren, there is a famous place to eat meatballs, namely Bakso Jawir.
