PORTO BISTREAU – Central Park Mall
Last weekend, FOOD IN LOVE visited Porto Bistreau at Central Park Mall after a couple of months since their grand opening in March 2017. Porto Bistreau is a brand of restaurant that managed by Altima Mandiri Group, the same group that manages Nanny’s Pavillion, Torigen, Sushi Tora, Wild Grass, etc.
3 WISE MONKEYS – Senopati
A highly recommended place for sushi lovers! Located at Jl. Suryo, Senopati, 3 Wise Monkeys is a Japanese Restaurant and Bar specializing in Traditional Kaiseki Omakaze and Sake Bar. The restaurant is easy to found since they’re located just right across the Creamatology Coffee Roasters with a signage of 3 monkeys symbol.

OJJU K-FOOD – Gandaria City
After the hype since a few months ago, last weekend we finally went to Ojju K-Food in Gandaria City. Ojju is located at Mainstreet Dining, UG floor of Gandaria City Mall. The restaurant is owned and manages by GF Culinary, the same company group which also owns and manages Fish & Co, Marutama Ramen, Putien, and Song Fa Bak Kut Teh. An important good news for our Moslem friends, Ojju is a Halal restaurant since they don’t serve pork dish.
NOODLE KING – Lotte Shopping Avenue
Korean food has been gaining popularity lately along with Korean pop culture in general, and with food this good, it really is no surprise. While most people think of kimchi or bibimbap when they think of Korea, the country’s main staple other than rice is myeon (noodles) !

Japanese food never bore us. Besides sushi and ramen, Japanese barbecue is also one of our favorite. From tons of Japanese BBQ restaurant in Jakarta, Gyu-Kaku is one of the best we ever tried and last weekend, FOOD IN LOVE visited Gyu-Kaku at Neo Soho, West Jakarta.
