WENDY'S – Gandaria City | A Brand New Level of Dining Experience

A good news for all Wendy’s lover! Wendy’s has just opened their 50th restaurant in Indonesia. Food In Love was invited to attend the Grand Opening at Gandaria City Mall, on 10 August 2016. Located on the UG Floor (Main Street area), you’ll easily find them when you go to the left side of North Lobby and then go upstairs by the escalator.

In this new outlet, Wendy’s presenting a new different restaurant concept with the modern industrial interior design. The industrial concept looks masculine yet natural and modern with the dominance of gray, black, white, and a touch of red as the signature color of Wendy’s.

Through a different interior design, modern minimalist furniture, comfortable lighting, and digital menu board, it’s giving a more enjoyable experience to their customers than other fast food restaurants. Material combination of wood and metal elements in a modern style make it feels warm, cozy, and more homey ambiance. This new concept makes Wendy’s as a right destination for every occasion, whether alone or with come with friends and family, when hurried or while relaxing for killing time.

In this new outlet, Wendy’s also use the new design for packaging and improve the quality of services. The waiters are dressed in a casual t-shirt with a red apron that gives the impression that a more informal like a cafe. Whereas in another fast-food restaurant, you’ll find their waiters wearing collared shirt.

Besides featuring different interior designs, Wendy’s also stay consistent and keep a commitment to quality to excel than other fast food restaurants in accordance with their tagline, “Quality is our Recipe”. Wendy’s is a restaurant that always uses fresh and high-quality ingredients to make a delicious and nutritious food that is difficult to find in other fast food restaurants such as Dave’s Single Beef Burger, Baked Potato, and Beef Chili Soup.

Dave’s Single Beef Burger

This is one of signature burger from Wendy’s. A burger with premium glazed bun, Australian premium beef, and fresh vegetable toppings. The beef patty is really thick and juicy!

Broccoli and Cheese Baked Potato

A baked potato smeared with cheese and broccoli. We really love their cheese which extremely tasteful and rich of cheese flavor! Other toppings are also available, there is chili n cheese, cheese n cheese, and carbonara.

Beef Chili Soup

This Beef Chili Soup is cooked for 4 hours of processing, so it is low in fat but rich in fiber. Actually, the minced beef is quite good but since i don’t like tomato, this one is not memorable.

Overall, Wendy’s offering a great brand new level of dining experience, unlike the typical fast-food restaurants where you can enjoy by yourself or hanging with your friends to have a chit-chat or small talk. The quality of the food itself is excellent by using fresh and high-quality ingredients. We really love their new concept!
