Happy Hana Coffee & Dine is a newly opened Coffee Shop in Jl. Dr. Saharjo, Tebet. They offer many kinds of coffee and food option from snack, indomie, rice bowl, and desserts, which is a plus point since we can have both coffee and meal in one place.
Located in Saharjo Center shop houses, if you’re coming from Pasaraya Manggarai, you can easily spot their signage to the left of your side. The place is not too spacious but very cozy with the white vibes, minimalist design, wooden furniture, and homey ambiance. There is also a photo spot with upside down theme. With free wifi and many electricity sockets, it’s also a good place for casual working space and enjoy a small talk or hang out with your friends.
Caffe Latte
A good idea for your caffeine intake. Their coffee is just good with a right level of acidity and not too sweet.
Red Velvet and Green Tea Latte
If you’re not a coffee person, you can order their Red Velvet or Green Tea Latte. To be honest, we don’t really like this two since both of them is too sweet for us.
Matcha Espresso
A good combination of matcha and espresso. But this one is too sweet and too creamy for us.
Poutine
For your appetizer, this is will be a good choice. It’s the french fries topped with cheese and light brown sauce. We really love the combination that tastes creamy, salty, and savory.
Thai Chicken
Crispy fried chicken fillet with coriander, mint leaves, shallot, and chili flakes. The Thai Chicken rice bowl was good with the taste of salty and savory crispy fried chicken.
Cheezy Chicken
The best seller at Happy Hana! XXL crispy fried chicken fillet with tri 3 different cheese. We really like their cheese sauce and the chicken was juicy and tender.
Gyutan Don
Looking for a Japanese style rice bowl? Happy Hana have Gyutan Don. The grilled beef tongue with Japanese marinade sauce. To be honest, this one is not our favorite.
Spicy Korean Chicken Wing
The Korean style rice bowl. It’s consists of crispy chicken wing smothered with special Korean sauce. But unfortunately, this one is not live up our expectation since there are something missed in seasoning.
Tuna Sambal Matah
This is our most favorite rice bowl from Happy Hana! The pan-fried tuna with traditional Balinese sambal matah turns out so good and will make you hooked, especially for their sambal matah.
Vanilla and Chocolate Creme Brulee
To clean up your palate, this Creme Brulee will be a perfect dessert for you after enjoying a heavier meal. It’s a rich custard topped with hard caramel. There are 2 selections, vanilla and chocolate custard that you can choose.
Magic Potion
There are many food and drink with magical attraction nowadays. At Happy Hana, you can try this magical drink that will change their color itself. The blue color will change to purple when you put the syrup and then stirred. Voila! It’s become a refreshing drink with purple color!
Overall, Happy Hana Coffee & Dine offers various coffee and meals at an affordable price. There are many meals from appetizer, rice bowl, dessert, coffee, and drinks. It’s a recommended place with comfy and homey ambiance to hang out, chit chat, working, or enjoy your me time. 😉
